Dr Paul Enenche Pays Condolence Visit To Family Of Late Rev Uma Ukpai
The Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr Paul Enenche, has paid a heartfelt condolence visit to the family of the late Rev Dr Uma Ukpai, the renowned evangelist who recently passed away at the age of 80.
The visit, which took place at the Ukpai family residence, was filled with emotions as Dr Enenche expressed his deep sorrow over the passing of a man he described as “a true general of faith” whose life and ministry touched countless lives across Nigeria and beyond.
According to Dr Enenche, Rev Uma Ukpai lived a life wholly dedicated to preaching the gospel of Christ and raising men and women who would carry on the work of the kingdom. He noted that the late evangelist’s ministry broke denominational barriers and inspired faith movements across Africa and the world.
Dr Enenche commiserated with Rev Dr Mrs Philomena Uma Ukpai, the widow of the late evangelist, and other members of the Ukpai family. He encouraged them to take comfort in the legacy of faith, service, and evangelism that Rev Ukpai left behind, adding that his impact will continue to speak for generations to come.
During the visit, the Dunamis pastor offered heartfelt prayers, asking God to grant the family supernatural comfort, peace, and strength during this season of loss. He reminded the family that while Rev Ukpai’s physical presence will be missed, his spiritual influence and teachings will never fade.
The condolence visit comes amid a flood of tributes from Christian leaders, ministers, and believers across Nigeria and abroad who have been celebrating Rev Uma Ukpai’s extraordinary contributions to evangelism and Christian ministry.
Many have described him as one of Nigeria’s foremost evangelists and revivalists, known for his healing crusades, prophetic ministry, and unwavering commitment to the gospel. For over five decades, Rev Ukpai dedicated his life to spreading the message of salvation, hope, and transformation through Jesus Christ.
As the nation mourns, Dr Enenche’s visit serves as both a tribute and a reminder of the unity among God’s servants — a unity built on love, honour, and shared passion for advancing God’s kingdom.
Rev Uma Ukpai’s legacy continues to inspire countless believers, ministers, and upcoming evangelists who see in him a man who lived fully for God. His life remains a testimony of what faith, obedience, and consistency can achieve when placed in the hands of the Almighty.
